Project Wild 2027 – An English Summer Camp in the Heart of Nature

Outdoor adventures, lakeside swimming and unforgettable summer evenings in the Netherlands!

Escape into six hectares of forests, fields and open space in the beautiful Dutch countryside. Located in Westelbeers, just across the Belgian border, Project Wild combines outdoor adventure, creativity and English immersion for an unforgettable week away from the classroom.

​

Days are packed with activities that make the most of our natural surroundings. Campers build rafts, tackle forest challenges, compete in team games and enjoy plenty of outdoor sports. And when the summer temperatures rise, we head to the lake for a refreshing swim every day!

​

Creativity is part of the adventure too. Using iPads, drones and cameras, campers work together on multimedia projects, developing their teamwork, problem-solving and communication skills while putting their English into practice.

​

The evenings are just as special. Campfires, toasted marshmallows, BBQs and visits from local food trucks bring everyone together for relaxed summer evenings, shared stories and plenty of laughter.

​

Throughout the week, English is the common language of camp life. From outdoor challenges to meals and evenings around the campfire, campers communicate naturally with young people from different countries. Our experienced team is always close by, helping everyone feel included, supported and confident enough to join in.

Combine two camps for double the adventure!

Project Wild follows Project Active, making it easy to enjoy two consecutive weeks with LGN. We take care of everything between camps, including transport, laundry and the overnight stay, at no extra charge. Campers can simply relax, recharge and get ready for another week of adventure!

Language camp programme:

Days at our Halloween Camp are packed with English projects, team challenges, and outdoor adventures — from archery and raft building to forest games, bouncy castle fun, and sports by the lake. Every day brings a mix of creativity, teamwork, and laughter — all in English and under the guidance of our experienced native-speaking team. When it’s time to unwind, campers can relax in our indoor chill zone with table tennis, board games, and music, or join our evening movie nights, campfires with marshmallows, and Halloween-themed projects. Every meal is shared with staff at each table, and all breaks are supervised — ensuring a safe, social, and fully English-speaking environment. This holiday usually includes: English lessons and creative projects every day Archery and raft building Lake activities and outdoor games Sports sessions led by native English-speaking coaches Forest team challenges and scavenger hunts Table tennis, board games & bouncy castle Movie night & popcorn Campfire marshmallows & spooky stories Halloween costume party & themed night much more!

English Course at the camp

At Let's Go Native, we offer a uniquely blended, activity-based learning course that ignites a passion for English in every student, regardless of their level. From complete beginners to bilingual speakers, each child is immersed in an engaging environment that encourages real-world language use in a fun and natural way. Our innovative approach includes a personalized level assessment for each student, helping us form groups that suit their abilities when needed. But beyond traditional grouping, our mixed-level projects create a collaborative setting where students of all backgrounds can thrive together. Drawing on pioneering methodologies such as Montessori and experiential learning, our focus is on building confidence, critical thinking, teamwork, and essential life skills. We design projects that captivate young minds, letting them experience the language beyond classroom walls. The entire camp environment is designed to be immersive, engaging, and far from the conventional “classroom.” Students interact in English throughout the day in ways that feel natural and exciting, with grammar and vocabulary embedded as part of each hands-on activity. Our expert team brings the curriculum to life, providing the right blend of support and challenge, so every child leaves speaking more English and feeling more confident than when they arrived.

Registration and Cancellation:

At Let's Go Native, we understand that sometimes plans need to change. To accommodate this, we offer a fair and transparent cancellation policy for our camps. Upon registration, a €200 deposit is required to secure your child’s spot in our English camps. This deposit is crucial for our planning and organization, ensuring we can deliver the best experience for every camper. As the camp date approaches, we will reach out for the remaining balance and any applicable transport fees. While we aim to be as flexible as possible, the deposit is non-refundable if we cannot fill your child’s place at the camp. In terms of the balance, it is fully refundable where possible. However, if cancellation occurs within two weeks of the camp start date and we are unable to fill the vacated spot, we will issue a credit note for a future camp instead of a refund. This credit note will provide you with the flexibility to book another enriching experience with us at a more convenient time. We appreciate your understanding and are committed to working with you to ensure the best possible outcome in case of unforeseen changes to your plans.
